There's always a new way to solve it, and then a better way to solve it again. I chase both.

About

Kennedy Michel

Director of Customer Innovation at Microsoft, 12+ years in. I turn new ideas into things people actually use, most recently AI-orchestrated tooling that takes business documents and produces finished concept videos, built on Azure AI Foundry and shipped to a customer-marketing team that uses it in their day-to-day.

The through-line is customer centricity and enablement: getting close to a real problem, building the thing, then teaching what I learned so the capability outlasts me. I like the connective work (the integration, identity, and deployment parts most people route around) because that's usually where "demo" turns into "product."

I write about it in my newsletter, Center of the Loop.

Things I've made

Turning dense business documents into finished concept videos took a specialist team days, so most ideas never got a video at all.

Secure data sharing

A manufacturer could plan supply far better if its customers shared real usage data, but that data is the exact leverage a customer never wants to hand its supplier. So we made looking impossible, not just forbidden.
